A Little Feel Good

So I have been feeling a bit tense about the whole few incidents lately. Thought I would check the web out for something that would make me feel a bit better. Found it. Compiled a few shots that made me smile and be thankful that we were not in them. Hope you enjoy.

That's it. I'm giving up sailing. Way too dangerous. Gonna take up something safer like cave diver or lion tamer.

LOL. That's putting it into perspective!

Have to admit, playing with the big boys is a bit daunting at this stage but would never give it up. Besides cave diving isn't really a sport is it?

Will be back out there next race! have our basin regatta soon and hoping to get the crew and I back to basics. Picked up some great pointers at the regatta. Highly recommend class racing to anyone who wants to get better. PHRF is good to practice but you never quite judge how you are doing boat to boat.

How many tangles have you had in your vast experience Tillerman?

It can't be Tillerman on any of those boats...they're not Lasers... I still think sailing is a lot safer than driving...

I agree adriftatsea...sailing IS safer than driving... but is Racing safer than driving?

Kinda wonder. Have never been in a car accident after 25 years of driving! I guess racing is racing...risks are always inherintly higher.

P.S. Looked for TIllerman photos but could find none, Maybe he has one or two he will share!
